What this site does not collect
This site has no form. It asks for neither your name, nor your address, nor your telephone number, and it gathers no health data. Booking an appointment, calling the practice or reading a page requires you to share nothing from your records.
Booking
Appointments are booked on Doctolib, a third-party service independent of this site. The data you enter there is processed by Doctolib as data controller, under its own privacy policy, to which we refer you. None of that data passes through this site.
Audience measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its traffic: number of visits, pages viewed, time spent, approximate origin and device type. This data serves to know which pages answer patients’ questions, and which do not.
Nothing loads before you agree
No measurement tool is loaded until you have accepted the corresponding category in the banner shown on your first visit. As long as you have not answered, or if you decline, no Google script runs and no measurement cookie is set. Declining does not degrade the site in any way, since no function of it depends on measurement.
Legal basis, retention and recipients
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, under article 6.1.a of the GDPR. IP addresses are anonymised before recording, and measurement data is kept for a maximum of fourteen months, then deleted automatically. Google acts as a processor. No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
Withdrawing your consent
You can change your choice at any time, without having to give a reason, through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: the scripts concerned are removed from the page and stop measuring.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding data concerning you. To exercise them, write to contact@mareputationenligne.fr stating the purpose of your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Cookies set
Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are set without consent; they serve solely to remember your language choice and your answer to the banner. Audience measurement cookies, set by Google Analytics, are placed only after acceptance, and for the period stated above.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. As with any web server, the infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs containing in particular the calling IP address, needed for the security and proper running of the service. They are not used for measurement nor linked to an individual.
